Description: 1 ac of clearing and grubbing; 6 ea of tree & stump removal; 38 SY of removal of bituminous surfacing; 15 LF of removal of curb & gutter; 185 SY of removal of concrete pavement; 1 LS of removal of building; 1 LS of unclassified excavation; 458 CY of topsoil; 980 CY of common excavation subcut - waste; 621 CY of excess topsoil; 0.5 acre of seeding class i; 0.5 acre of temporary cover crop; 0.5 acre of hydraulic mulch; 1 LS of erosion control devices; 85 ton of salvaged base course; 3750 ton of aggregate base course CL 8; 45 gal of tack coat; 87 gal of fog seal.
