Hayward Area Recreation And Park District

Work involves, but is not limited to, the conversion and expansion of a former elementary school building to a community center with assembly spaces, commercial kitchen, restrooms, av equipment; and renovation of 10 acres of parkland consisting of parking lots, children s play structure, basketball and pickleball courts, outdoor fitness court, lighting, vehicular and pedestrian pathways, site furnishings, bioretention basins, landscape and limited irrigation; new finishes, painting, and trims; replacement of existing ceilings; replacements of exterior materials, per exterior elevations; replacement of doors, storefront, and windows per door and window schedule. Work consist of construction of the tamiami trail east landscape & irrigation improvements, 20,060 SF of soil structure improvement, 1,458 SF of architectural pavers (sidewalk) medians border & field area repair, 14,737 SF of architectural pavers (median cleaning) to include pressure wash and treatment with mold reduction chemical, 225 SF of performance turf - sod.
