Welding and Miscellaneous Metals Roster
Overview of Work As members of TCHC’s Welding and Miscellaneous Metals Roster, Vendors will be providing complete services as required to implement a wide variety of capital repair projects across the TCHC portfolio. Work under this roster will encompass the following areas: 1.Ladders/ Portable Railings (ensuring up to code, repairs, caging, replacement and/or new installation); 2.Fixed Railings (interior/exterior repairs, and replacement); 3.Metal fences; 4.Fences and gate; and 5.Miscellaneous metals work. The Category of Work for this Roster is Construction. The scope of work related to this RFVQ is sub-categorized as Envelope/Structural Construction Work. The Scope of Work for the Work under this Roster is included in the attached Appendix A – Scope of Work, Specifications, and Drawings.
