Description: Scope of work will consist of renovations and modernization of existing project and includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Provide all labor, materials and equipment required to provide new concrete walks. Remove existing paint from all front and back concrete porches. Remove any debris, pressure wash, and prepare concrete porch surfaces for paint and epoxy coating. Paint and provide epoxy coating at concrete porch surfaces. At handicap porches, terminate epoxy coating at the top of ramp. Remove and replace existing handrails and columns at front porches.
