New Office Construction

Construct two new office spaces in the 13th floor. The contractor shall provide the following services: provide shop drawing and material submittals for approval, relocate furniture and office equipment for future re-use, install protection and daily air scrubbers to mitigate dust and debris, install metal tracks and studs (floor to deck), install wiring for light switches, install hvac branch supply duct (new office space and new corridor), install store front system, install wood doors and hardware, install sound attenuation batt insulation, install GWB, compound/tape. 12) paint 13) re-install furniture and equipment 14) perform air balance for new office spaces and corridor 15) daily clean-up.
