New Entry Vestibule & Roof Rehabilitation Project (Request For Proposal)

Description: Work generally consists of removal of the existing masonry library entrance vestibule, construction of a new steel frame and translucent panel walls, aluminum storefront, curved metal roof, renovation of interior stair, new egress door with concrete landing, interior/exterior lighting, associated mechanical and electrical trades to realize the design, and roof rehabilitation of the existing library roof.
