New Children's Building for Mt. Olive Baptist Church (Requests for Information)

Description: Construction of new 8288 SF Children’s Building addition to the existing facility. The work consists of: Site improvements including miscellaneous demolition of existing conditions, excavation and grading, storm drainage, site concrete, asphalt paving and base, sanitary sewer with new septic system, domestic water lines, and landscaping. Concrete pavers at covered outdoor space. Cast in place concrete slab on grade with reinforced shallow continuous and column footings. Reinforced concrete masonry unit stem walls and fire walls. Brick veneer with air cavity over rigid foam insulation on water resistive barrier over sheathing. Structural steel columns, beams, bar joists and metal deck. Cabinets and casework with solid surface and plastic laminate countertop. Miscellaneous carpentry. Installation of wood blocking for cabinets, toilet partitions, accessories, doors and windows. Fiber cement lap siding and soffits. Dimensional asphalt roof shingles over peel and stick membrane on fire retardant treated plywood on rigid insulation over the structural metal deck. Roofing includes installation of acoustical insulation at the acoustical deck (material provided by others). Installation of gutters, downspouts, and roof related sheet metal. Connection of downspouts to new underground stormwater collection system. Wall mounted aluminum canopy. Aluminum storefront doors and windows. Hollow metal doors and frames, prefinished wood doors and associated door hardware. Overhead coiling fire door. Metal stud interior framing with gypsum wallboard. Suspended acoustical ceiling. Interior and exterior painting. Porcelain Tile flooring and wall tile. Floor finishes to include luxury vinyl plank, carpet tile and broadloom carpet with rubber base and transitions. Toilet partitions and accessories. Interior room signage. Sheet metal ducted Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning consisting of split system with Wi-Fi capable programmable thermostats, outside air provisions and exhaust fans. Plumbing systems include sanitary sewer, domestic water with hot water recirculation, and plumbing fixtures. Electrical to include underground connection to existing building main distribution panel, lighting fixtures per fixture schedule, fire alarm system, boxes and conduit to accessible spaces for camera locations, televisions and AVL plan.
