Reconstruction of 3,600 LF of ADA-Compliant Sidewalk. Removal and proper disposal of existing sidewalk, curb, and gutter where required. Reconstruction of approx. 3,600 LF of ADA-compliant sidewalk (width per local standards, typically 5 feet minimum). Construction of new curb ramps, detectable warning surfaces, and transitions at driveways and intersections per ADA guidelines. Adjustment of utilities (manholes, valve boxes, etc.) to grade as necessary. Restoration of disturbed areas including landscaping, turf, or pavement. Coordination with local utility providers and municipal departments. Traffic control and flagging per [MUTCD] standards. All permitting and inspections required by local jurisdiction. Compliance with stormwater, erosion, and sediment control requirements.
