AvailableReconstructing 5-Ft (typical) sidewalks and ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps, concrete leveling, and tree protection, which comprises of matching existing sidewalk widths at trees or installing a slip-resistant galvanized steel plate over the roots. There is also some minor drainage installation, coarse sand under sod, adjusting water meters, and other minor utility work.

Reconstructing 5-Ft (typical) sidewalks and ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps, concrete leveling, and tree protection, which comprises of matching existing sidewalk widths at trees or installing a slip-resistant galvanized steel plate over the roots. There is also some minor drainage installation, coarse sand under sod, adjusting water meters, and other minor utility work.
AvailableThe work includes demolition of street which is an existing one-way asphalt road; widening of the road to improve it for two-way traffic; installing new base and pavement section; and installing new storm drainage pipes and structures within the city right-of-way and easements as described in these contract documents. Specifically, street which is approx. 13' +/- wide (width varies) will be demolished to earth subgrade which includes asphalt pavement, base materials, and any additional subgrade earth materials as required to meet the proposed elevations for the new pavement section described in these documents and as illustrated on the drawings. Contractor shall grade and widen the proposed two-way road to 26' wide from back of curb to back of curb.
