NCHA Lead Remediation Services (Request For Proposal)

Description: Proposals from qualified, properly certified firms for on-call lead evaluation, risk assessment, design, independent clearance, hazard control, abatement, and related repairs in HCV and NCHA-owned or managed properties throughout County. The scope encompasses lead evaluation, risk assessment, design, independent clearance, hazard control, abatement, and related repairs in Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) properties and NCHA-owned or managed housing units. This project is anticipated to be funded through HUD, and vendors with demonstrated experience in HUD-funded work within occupied residential settings are strongly preferred. The work will be performed on an as-needed basis throughout the county's housing portfolio.
