Description: Educational and training services: The contractor shall perform requirements analyses and the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional systems and materials via interactive courseware, computer- based training (CBT), paper- based and electronic- based education and training curriculum development, "E"-electronic learning (“E” learning), advanced distributed learning (ADL), simulator instruction, web- based instruction, web page design, on-the- job-training (OJT) instruction, and normal classroom instruction.
