Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan (NHMP) Development (Request for Proposals)

Description: Qualified consulting firms to develop a FEMA-compliant Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan (NHMP). The purpose of this plan is to assess natural hazard risks, identify vulnerabilities across district facilities and operations, and develop strategies that reduce or eliminate long-term risk to students, staff, infrastructure, and instructional continuity. The NHMP will be developed in accordance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Local Mitigation Planning Policy Guide (or most current guidance) and applicable Oregon state requirements, including coordination with the Oregon Office of Emergency Management (OEM).
