National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (DBOM) - Round 3 RFP

Description: The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is issuing a Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) procurement (NEVI Round 3) for statewide deployment of NEVI-compliant public fast-charging sites. A typical site must include a minimum of four network-connected DC 150 kW charging ports capable of simultaneously charging four EVs, and operations & maintenance must be provided for at least five years after commissioning. The RFP was issued June 8, 2026 (estimated construction cost ~$59,000,000) and proposals are due August 7, 2026.
