Mystic & Noank Library Park Project RFP

Description: The Mystic & Noank Library Park Project is an Invitation for Bid for Phase 1 of the library’s Landscape Master Plan in Mystic, Connecticut. The work includes site clearing and demolition, erosion controls, utilities and stormwater infrastructure, paving, curbs, sidewalks, stairs, stone walls, handrails, lighting, and native plantings. Although the project is partly funded by a Connecticut State Library construction grant, the solicitation seeks sealed construction bids rather than grant applications.
