Municipal Parking Lot Improvements *REBID*

Description: Municipal parking lot improvements. Resurface the existing Municipal Parking Lot, as well as create a secondary ADA access via a ramp with handrails and landings, to the second floor of the Municipal Building in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The major items of work for this project consist of milling and resurfacing the parking lot with 2" of Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course; the removal and replacement of curbing; the removal and reconstruction of curb returns and sidewalk for ADA-compliant public sidewalk curb ramps; construction of concrete sidewalk for the creation of an ADA compliant ramp; spot asphalt base repair where identified with Hot Mix Asphalt 19M64 Base Course; traffic striping; and other incidental appurtenances necessary for a complete job.
