The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installation of new playground equipment, including all associated safety surfacing and site improvements; construction of a new outdoor fitness area complete with fitness equipment, safety surfacing, and shade structure; installation of new picnic tables, benches, signage, and site furnishings; construction of new concrete sidewalk paths and accessible pedestrian connections throughout the park; restoration and renovation of existing restroom facilities; upgrades to the existing park lighting system, including replacement and enhancement of lighting fixtures and associated electrical components; installation of a new ADA-accessible parking stall and associated accessibility improvements; restriping of existing parking spaces; Installation of landscaping improvements, and construction of a new ADA-compliant accessible route connecting key park amenities, including the play courts and other recreational facilities.
