Municipal Facilities Deep Energy Retrofit Feasibility Study & Decarbonization Roadmap

Description: The City of Lacombe seeks qualified energy engineering consultants to complete a Deep Energy Retrofit Feasibility Study and Decarbonization Roadmap for five municipal facilities. The study will establish calibrated baseline energy models and phased capital pathways to achieve deep greenhouse gas reductions by July 1, 2027. The work is funded in part by the FCM Green Municipal Fund.

Mecklenburg County is seeking sealed, hand-delivered single-prime lump-sum construction bids for the LUESA Building Deep Energy Retrofit Project at the Russell S. Rozzelle Building, 2145 Suttle Ave., Charlotte, NC 28208.
