Municipal Court Public Defender (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Seeking Request for Qualifications from qualified Attorneys for the position of Municipal Court Public Defender. Multiple attorneys will be awarded contracts to provide services on a rotating basis. There will be no guarantee of a minimum payment for services rendered by the attorney, except insofar as the City has agreed to pay the Attorney a per-session rate of $150.00/session.
