Municipal Advisory Services - (Request for Qualifications)

Description: The selected firm will provide the services reasonably necessary to complete the financing. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Optimum financing structures to accomplish numerous Town initiatives including the legal and funding vehicle to accomplish the greatest number of such initiatives, and Develop the broadest possible interest among potential purchasers of the obligations, oversee the actual sale and closing on the obligations issued, including a recommendation by the Municipal Advisor to accept, reject or renegotiate the proposals, and assist the Town in the procurement of various types of professional services required in connection with the issuance of the obligations. The term of the contract will commence on the Effective Date with an initial term of two years with three one-year options to renew, not to exceed five years. See attached file.
