Description: Provide multipurpose training range construction manager. Scope includes all site improvement and utilities (electric, water, waste, information systems) to support the primary and supporting facilities. Primary and supporting facilities include but are not limited to range control tower, range operations and storage, ammo building, latrine, bleacher enclosure, mess shelter, aar building, camera tower, urban building cluster (7 buildings), stationary and moving targets, trench complex, fighting positions and bunkers, parking areas, sidewalks, gate.

To provide the following type of services in support of the above-reference project. The preferred cmr team should demonstrate experience with construction and renovation of correctional facility renovations. The new haven community correctional center is a 131,000 square foot correctional facility constructed in 1976 with ballasted inverted roof membrane assembly (irma) epdm and metal clad sloped roof systems. The scope of work for the project shall include repair and replacement of the existing roof systems (with a non-irma fully adhered roof assembly), exterior facade sealant joints, and replacement of the main entrance curtainwall, vestibule, and skylight systems.

To retain private and/or municipal firearms training facilities located throughout the commonwealth of Massachusetts to train, qualify and certify new recruits in firearms and rifles. The program is a 56-hour program that includes 40 hours on the range and 16 hours in a classroom. The MPTC is responsible for training approx., 24,000 law enforcement officers. Every law enforcement officer in the commonwealth is required to qualify annually in firearms/rifles to maintain their certificate.

Procure a qualified CMC to provide pre-construction and construction services. CMC will collaborate with Owner's design team for a new 100K SF warehouse on an approx. 8-9 acres undeveloped site. Functions anticipated to include but not limited to a warehouse with train and truck docking. Approx. 100,000 SF building with 4' raised slab including canopies over docks and entries, as well as supporting site utilities and parking.
