Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), DCA, IAD & DTR (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide all necessary labor, supervision, management, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, testing, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform construction services under individual task orders. Horizontal construction includes, but is not limited to, the planning, design, construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, repair, replacement, expansion, and improvement of civil, transportation, utility, airfield, and site infrastructure. The areas of work include, but are not limited to, runways, taxiways, roadways, utility networks. Transportation systems, drainage infrastructure, site development, fuel distribution, grading, earthwork, paving, utility installation and relocation, stormwater management, environmental, surveying, geotechnical improvements, traffic management, lighting, signage, landscaping, security infrastructure, and other related civil and infrastructure improvements.
