The work provided for herein consists of furnishing, and delivering one (1) multi-turn valve actuator, one (1) rising stem, two (2) stem guides, one (1) stem cover, and one (1) pedestal complete with all necessary accessories and appurtenances, all as shown on the contract drawings and specified herein. Provide one (1) included and one (1) spare stem lift nut, both threaded to match the stem.See attached file.
