Description: Work includes includes 1,430 LF of 18" RCP and 6 manholes; remove 3 storm manholes, cellular concrete fill old 6" storm pipe; remove and replace concrete flatwork; and sod landscape restoration; 100 SF of R/R 6" thick concrete flatwork; 3 EA of remove storm manhole/junction box; 25 CY of cellular concrete (LCC) fill in abandoned storm pipes; 1 EA of 72" manhole; 5 EA of 48" manhole; 70 LF of 12" sdr-35 PVC (white); 2 EA of 1" irrigation loop over storm; 1 EA of 2" water lateral loop under storm; 500 ton of sewer rock astm size no. 4; 22,500 SF of6oz non woven geotextile fabric; 1,000 TON of APWA 3" minus granular borrow; 14,600 SF of 6" thick topsoil & sod landscape restoration; 10 HR of tree root cutting.
