Mt. Adams Cross Country Trail Grooming

Description: Washington State Parks’ Winter Recreation Program is soliciting proposals for grooming approximately 15.5 miles of cross-country ski trails in the Mt. Adams Ranger District of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The contractor must provide equipment, maintain a 10-foot groomed surface with set-track and skate lanes, clear debris, and keep trails winter-ready for five seasons from December 1, 2026, through April 30, 2031. The competitive RFP evaluates equipment, pricing, experience, operational plans, and applicable small-business or veteran-owned preference points; it is not a grant program.
