Interior Spot Repair and Exterior Overcoat - 1.5 MG Stoneridge Water Tower

Description: This project includes the following work: Miscellaneous maintenance such as installation of a grab post on the roof to improve climbing in and out of the drywell tube, properly fastening the roof vent, and replacing several gaskets. Spot repairing the interior wet and interior dry area coatings and power washing and overcoating the exterior.
