PURPOSE: The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to purchase: conference facilities for Type IV Refresher. Includes room rental, catering, AV equipment rental and lodging. LOCATION: Venue must be located within 25 miles of St. Cloud MN City Hall: 1201 7th St S, St. Cloud, MN 56301 OR within 25 miles of Forest Lake MN City Hall: 1408 Lake St S, Forest Lake, MN 55025 OR within 25 miles of Duluth MN City Hall: 411 W 1st St, Duluth, MN 55802.
