Deinstallation, conservation treatment, structural reconstruction, and reinstallation of the zinc soldier figure of the civil war soldiers monument.
Description: This request for quotations seeks 10 wearable, three-dimensional moulage units simulating a sucking chest wound with an exit back, integrated into a short-sleeve shirt in a medium skin tone for Tactical Combat Casualty Care training. The units must provide realistic tactile and visual feedback, allow real medical intervention on a human model or manikin, and be durable, comfortable, anatomically correct, and water-resistant. Delivery is required 20 days after order to the 88th MDSS SGSL-MM at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

Project consists of asphalt paved multi-use path and site amenities. More specifically, the work shall consist of grading and asphalt paving for a 10' wide multi-use path, roughly eight (8) miles in length along an abandoned railroad bed. Other project components include wooden guard railing, crosswalks, driveway replacement, and signage.

Major items feature 316,062 SY of asphalt concrete pavement planing; 13,170 CY of asphalt concrete surface course; 2,500 SY of full-depth pavement removal and rigid replacement; 13.32 miles of shoulder rumble strip cutting; removal of old guardrails; installation of 4,287.5 FT of MGS guardrails with long posts; 25,556 FT of median cable barrier alternates; and comprehensive wet reflective thermoplastic pavement markings and grooving.
