Motor Control Panels - Sources Sought

Description: The Government anticipates a requirement to engineer, design, fabricate, test, and deliver sixteen (16) replacement motor control panels for the following USACE Pittsburgh District facilities: Hildebrand Lock and Dam – 6 EA; Morgantown Lock and Dam – 6 EA; Opekiska Lock and Dam – 4 EA. The new panels shall replace the existing motor control panels in kind, operate identically to the existing systems, and integrate with existing wiring and remote gate-control systems. The requirement includes field verification at all three facilities, engineering and design, preparation of electrical schematics and panel layouts, component selection, fabrication, factory acceptance testing, documentation, and delivery.
