Work consist of hvac upgrade & limited improvements. The project includes, but is not limited to, full electrification of the hvac system with an all-electric variable refrigerant flow (vrf) system and building management system (bms); targeted building envelope improvements; plumbing and electrical upgrades; minor structural repairs and modifications; complete lighting replacement; and a fire alarm system upgrade. Architectural work will include refinishing existing woodwork, upgrading door hardware, installing new lockers, improving accessibility and handrails, and making interior upgrades such as new flooring and painting.
