This project includes drainage improvement. Work includes 1400 LF 10" pipe installation, 39 EA 18" x 18" cach basin installation, 900 sy concrete driveway apron replacement, 9 EA catch basin tie-in connections, 3 EA modifying catch basin grate elevations, 30 LF sidwealk replacement, 145 LF earthen regrade, 21 EA gas service relocation, 21 EA water service relocatioin, tree removal. Seeking bids from qualified and experienced Contractors with valid Class A contractor’s license and current DIR registration numbers to provide complete the Drainage Repair Project. The project involves grading repairs and drainage improvements to the landfill's final cover system. Work includes the installation of approx. 2,925 LF of 18" dual-wall HDPE stormwater pipe, construction of a road crossing with a culvert, and raising the perimeter road. The project will also require importing erosion-resistant soil with a maximum particle size of 1 inch to repair settlement areas, performing slope repairs, placing jute matting, and hydroseeding the affected areas. In total, the project will address drainage issues in nine (9) areas on the landfill deck and repair three (3) slope areas.

Mobile Bay National Estuary Program

The work includes the restoration and enhancement of an existing swale to a wet enhanced swale along 1,555 LF of ephemeral drainage. The project will include clearing, grubbing, excavation, grading, installing weir structures, installation and maintenance of erosion control, and emergent and riparian planting and landscaping. Stream level structures include concrete weirs and limited riprap. Stabilization includes temporary and permanent seeding. Planting and landscaping include installation of upland seed mixes, sod, and plugs.
