Modernization and Space Enhancement Services in the Frances Perkins Building (FPB) - (Request for Proposal)

Description: The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, management, quality control, design services, upgrade services, testing, commissioning, documentation, and incidental services. The Contractor must provide turnkey services from project inception through final acceptance. Services may include: Planning; Existing condition investigations; Cost estimating; Schedule development Design; Prepare complete design packages, including renderings, studies, architectural, engineering drawings. and calculations for various disciplines including architectural, interior, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) and other related packages required for the individual task order. All designs must comply with the latest industry codes and standards, including but not limited to the following: Architectural Barriers Act (ABA). See attached file.
