Mock Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment (CORA)

Description: The United States Naval Academy (U.S. Department of Defense) seeks a contractor to perform a mock Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment (CORA) of its unclassified educational environment. The assessment will use certified tools such as Endpoint Security System (ESS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) to perform vulnerability scanning, configuration audits, and policy/procedure reviews, with a two-week on-site assessment and a final report with remediation recommendations. Contractors must be certified on the specified tools, maintain strict confidentiality, and will be granted controlled access to the academy's network and systems during the assessment.
