Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform repair to mobile chiller. Tasks: Initial Site Inspection; Shut Down Chiller (if not already shut down); Lock Out Tag Out (if not already locked out); Recover and Weigh Refrigerant from CKT 2; Repair Leak on Threads of Oil Separator Relief Valve; Leak Check After Repair; Evacuate System w/ Standing Vacuum Test; Charge w/ Refrigerant (Trane to Supply 100lbs of Refrigerant); Remove Lock Out Tag Out; Return Chiller to Normal Opera.
