Idabel Landfill Phase 4 Geosynthetics Construction RFP
The work generally consists of furnishing, handling, deploying, seaming, testing, repairing, and documenting the geosynthetic liner components for the Phase 4 landfill cell at the City landfill. The work includes installation of 60-mil HDPE geomembrane, including smooth and textured geomembrane, 8-ounce geotextile, seams, tie-ins, terminations, anchor trench terminations, pipe penetrations, boots, patches, appurtenances, testing, documentation, cleanup, and related geosynthetic work. The geosynthetics work will be performed separately from the earthwork construction package. Earthwork, including clearing and grubbing, excavation, structural fill, compacted clay liner construction, leachate collection system earthwork, drainage aggregate placement, protective soil cover placement, perimeter road construction, perimeter berm construction, site restoration, and related earthwork activities, will be bid separately and are not included in this geosynthetics bid package unless specifically noted otherwise in the contract documents.
