The project also includes replacement of a sliding patio door system. Additional work includes the structural repair of a wood column; installation of a new hose washer, including venting; and air balancing of the living quarters.

Work includes replacement of exterior handling units & makeup air unit serving the 1st and 2nd floor with modern equipment including associated duct work (vav) units, (bas) controls and ancillary renovations required to provide a complete system. Mechanical room 220 shall be reconfigured to accommodate a new air handling unit. Replacement of ceiling finishes and upgrading lighting in spaces impacted by work described above. Fan coils are to be removed from exterior walls of offices & infilled to match existing wall materials.
