Construction of water distribution system pipelines & components replacing existing water infrastructure consisting of approx 50,667 LF of 8" dia pipelines and 7,581 LF of 12" diameter pipelines. The project will include all pipes, associated valves, fittings hydrants, & water appurtenances, encasements, water service line & meter replacement, cutting & patching of streets, all testing, disinfection, swppp measures, traffic control.

The City of Dallas, through its Office of Bond and Construction Management, is seeking qualifications for architectural and professional consulting services. These services are for the design and construction administration of a new ~12,000 sq ft Fire Station 43 replacement facility located at 2960 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, TX. This project is part of the City’s 2024 Bond Program, with an anticipated Notice to Proceed on August 3, 2026, and expected completion by March 2029.

Provide construction services which will consist of refurbishment and improvements at the Sanitary Sewer Pumping Station. Proposed work includes site work improvements, installation of new piping and equipment within the existing pump station structure and associated electrical and safety upgrades. Work to be completed shall include, but not be limited to, the following:Temporary bypass pumping of sewer flow during the construction project. Replacement of three (3) existing sewage pumps with new dry pit submersible pumps. Replacement of all fittings, pipes, valves in existing dry well structure. Installation of new control systems with SCADA integration. Installation of one (1) new comminutor on influent sewer. Replacement of all electrical components within the station. Installation of (2) two electric actuator valves and integration into pump control SCADA system for automated operation. Upgrades to existing intermediate level catwalk for improved access. Upgrades to station security by installation of electrically operated gates and installation of new security video cameras system. Demolition and removal of existing indoor generator. Furnishment and installation of new outdoor pad-mounted diesel-engine generator set. Site work including demolition, driveway and area paving reconstruction, modification to existing upstream sewer manhole, concrete pad reconstruction, fence replacement, and all other related site improvements. Architectural improvements to the pump station building including replacement of exterior doors, windows, trim, fascia, roofing, and ceiling.
