Description: Construction of an approx. 4,200 SF pre-engineered metal building with a drive-through maintenance and training bay, support spaces, and egress aisles for wheeled and tracked National Guard vehicles Concrete foundations, slabs, platforms, and driveways, including reconfiguration of the existing driveway, overhead and rolling doors, and associated architectural work Site and civil improvements, including clearing and grading, erosion control, stormwater drainage, water and sanitary sewer extensions, paving, and turf restoration Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and full fire suppression systems, including HVAC and ventilation, interior and exterior lighting, and associated utility connections.
