Execute a broad range of maintenance, repair, replacement, minor construction design, and/or build projects on real property. Work under this contract will consist of a multitude of projects to be performed in the general construction category, which will include, but is not limited to, the following: maintenance, repair, replacement, alteration, studies and reports, designs (internal and professional), demolition, paving (concrete and asphalt), cast-in-place concrete and pre-cast concrete, site work, earth work, abatement, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, heating/air conditioning, painting, roofing, masonry, structural, fire protection, millwork, security, and other specialty and general contracting work.
