Description: The Township seeks qualified professional consulting services to conduct a comprehensive Middletown Country Club Feasibility Study and Long-Term Operating Plan. The study will assess current operations, financial performance, facilities and infrastructure, alternative management models, community role, and capital needs, with stakeholder engagement and recommendations. The final planning document is to include a recommended long-term operating model, a 10-year financial pro forma, a prioritized capital investment schedule, revenue and community-use opportunities, and an implementation roadmap.
