Description: The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador (GNL) - Municipal Infrastructure (TI) is issuing a formal Invitation to Tender for the LSD of West Bay waterline extension from Lourdes to West Bay. Bidders must submit electronic bids to furnish all necessary labour, materials, superintendence, plant, tools, equipment, and everything else required to complete the work. The work is to be substantially performed within 35 working days from notification of contract award.
