Mental Health First Aid Instructor Certification Training

Description: Indian Health Service seeks a qualified small business to provide Mental Health First Aid Instructor Certification Services under a firm-fixed-price purchase order supporting its Health Education Program. The contractor would deliver one three-day Adult and/or Youth MHFA Instructor Certification training for up to 16 participants per contract period, provide technical assistance and maintain credentials, and handle instructors, materials, logistics, and in-person or virtual delivery. The proposed base period is October 1, 2026–September 30, 2027, followed by two annual option periods, and the notice is a small-business set-aside contract RFQ rather than a grant, evaluated on a best-value basis.
