Description: Update and renovate the laundry facility in the hospital. The work consists of establishing new steam heated dryers with intake plenum and centrifugal lint filter equipment, replacement of existing washer/extractors and steam heated ironer in place, along with HVAC, electrical and general trades required to support the equipment updates. Laundry equipment including new washer/extractors, ironer, dryers, lint filter and ancillary equipment will be owner furnished contractor installed (OFCI).
