Meetinghouse East Facade Painting (Request for proposal)

Description: The project consists of Preparing surfaces by washing at low pressure to remove any mildew or grime, hand scraping and sanding as needed; Noting any deteriorating material that needs restoration or replacement. [Such work to be undertaken by the contractor or by others but in any event not included in any prices proposed; Renailing of any loose material, clapboards, etc., using stainless steel or hot dipped galvanized nails; Complete prime coat using alkyd primer (see below); Caulking (acrylic) where needed; Two finish coats of latex/acrylic paint (see below).
