Medicare Eligibility Determination and Related Services

Description: Establish a contract with one qualified supplier through competitive negotiations to provide services, which would result in the identification of Medicare entitlement or potential eligibility for Commonwealth of Virginia Health Benefits Program participants, The Local Choice (TLC) program participants, and the Line of Duty Act (LODA) program participants. The initial period of the contract will be from January 01, 2025 - December 31, 2029, with four (4) optional oneyear renewal periods.
