MDHA Fuel Tank Concrete Pad

Description: Construction of an approximately 220-square-foot reinforced concrete pad, installation of associated bollards, and repair/restoration of adjacent asphalt pavement, including all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, demolition, excavation, forming, reinforcing steel, concrete placement, finishing, asphalt patching, site restoration, and incidentals necessary for a complete and operational installation in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Time is of the essence. The Contractor shall complete all Work within thirty (30) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. This project is being procured on an expedited basis to facilitate completion prior to winter weather conditions.
