Description: Work consist of 10,500 sf renovation of the existing kitchen and related dining and support spaces, including employee dining, and women and men's locker room. 5,500 sf temporary kitchen on the mezzanine level to maintain operations during the renovation, 2,500 sf renovation of the first-floor banquet room to enhance functionality and guest experience, upgrade outdated life safety systems, including fire alarm systems, stair pressurization, and other infrastructure improvements
