Scotland TIA 2 Band 1: Dirt to Pave
The City of Scotland is soliciting sealed bids for construction of approximately 0.25 miles of dirt-to-pave roadway, including dirt-road grading, a soil-cement base course, Superpave asphalt, striping, and related appurtenances. Bids must be submitted on the required Bid Proposal Forms and delivered sealed to Scotland City Hall by 1:00 P.M. on October 22, 2026, with insurance certificates and a 100 percent bidder's bond. The successful contractor must provide payment and performance bonds and complete the work within 180 consecutive calendar days after the notice to proceed.
