This project consists of an expansion and remodel of the existing Administration Building, as well as a seismic retrofit of the Warehouse Building & new MPP warehouse at the McMinnville Water and Light headquarters. Overall, MW&L needs renovation due to outdated technology/systems and a need for more office and warehouse space.
