Mather Fueling System Repairs RFP
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, is preparing a small-business contract procurement for repairs and modifications to a 12,000-gallon horizontal aboveground F-24 jet-fuel tank and its surrounding fueling area at Mather. The work includes tank gauges, a sampling hatch, a full-length catwalk, exterior recoating, replacement alarms and collision barriers, drainage and pavement improvements, fuel filtration and water draw-off equipment, and upgrades to the POL building, tank-gauging system, and generator location. This is an active presolicitation notice, with responses due October 14, 2026, and a formal solicitation expected to follow.
