Description: The United States Air Force is soliciting quotes to provide and install a tensile tester for its Materials and Textiles Lab and to remove the existing Instron 5584. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror, with the requirement set aside for small business concerns. Bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management and comply with all submission requirements specified in the solicitation.
